I have been working with Hospice Concepts, specifically, Dan McBrien for several years now. In the past year and a half, I have had the opportunity to work with Dan regularly due to the growth and new positions open within my company. My company opened 3 new offices in a state that we had never serviced before, in communities that weren’t necessarily warm and friendly to an “outsider”. We had a variety of positions open and being a healthcare provider, out greatest need was for registered nurses. What with the nursing shortage and specific requirements by the stat to fill out positions, this was a daunting task. Dan worked hand in hand with me, learning the state requirements and understanding our unique needs being a “new start” office. Dan has diligently worked to ensure that my office would have the appropriate staff. We’ve had one extremely difficult position to fill, and when others would have thrown in the towel, Dan wouldn’t give up. He was determined to fill my most difficult and desperately needed position. Dan has left no rock unturned in recruiting for us. He has followed up with me daily if needed, and is just an all around great recruiter to have at your side.
